Why the site exists

Most people meet PDFs at the worst possible moment: a file is too big to email, a form has to be signed before the end of the day, or a report arrives in a format nobody can edit. PDF Campus was built to solve those small, urgent jobs in a couple of clicks, without installing software, creating an account or handing over an email address.

How the tools work

Almost every tool runs inside your own browser tab. Your document is opened by the page you are looking at, the work happens on your device, and the finished file downloads locally. The handful of tools that need artificial intelligence — summarising, translating and comparing wording — send the text they need to a processing service, and each of those pages says so before you start. The privacy policy sets out exactly what that involves.

What you can expect

• Every tool is free, with no sign-up, no trial and no watermark on the result.
• Each tool page explains what it does, how to use it and where its limits are, honestly.
• Pages are built to work on a phone as well as a laptop.
• Where a conversion cannot be perfect — and some never can be — we say so rather than hide it.

How the site is funded

Running a site like this costs money, so pages may carry advertising. Adverts are kept out of the way of upload areas, controls and download buttons, and are always clearly separated from the tool itself. We do not disguise adverts as buttons and we do not sell your documents or your data.
